What to Expect when you come to Advanced Pediatric Cardiology?

You will be given a packet containing a patient registration form, detailed medical history form, and a notice of our privacy policy. Please fill out these forms and give them to our receptionist. For your convenience, you may download these forms from our website.

Our nurse/medical assistant will take you back to the office to obtain a non-invasive test, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, and EKG. Please assure small children that none of the testing in our office is painful.

After the tests, you will be taken to one of our theme rooms where an EKG will be performed. You will next meet with our doctor who will do a thorough exam and decide if further testing is needed in our office.

Follow-up appointments will be made as necessary before you leave our office. To make an appointment for you and your child, we invite you to call us at 480-855-1339.

Should you have any questions about your child’s care, or our office policies, please do not hesitate to ask questions.
